ZA-CASA ships to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
There are currently no excluded areas.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options:
Regular Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days
- Suitable for standard deliveries across Egypt
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
- Faster priority processing and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier operations
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
ZA-CASA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Processing time may take 1–3 business days before shipment.
Orders are not shipped on official public holidays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Customer location
- Selected shipping method (Regular or Express)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Confirmation
ZA-CASA reserves the right to:
- Contact customers to confirm orders before shipping
- Cancel orders that cannot be verified
- Refuse suspicious or incomplete orders
Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not successfully completed.
6. Delivery Attempts
Customers must ensure availability at the provided shipping address.
If the customer is unavailable:
- The courier may attempt delivery again
- If delivery repeatedly fails, the order may be canceled
ZA-CASA reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders in cases of repeated failed deliveries.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Being available to receive the order
- Inspecting the order upon delivery
Incorrect address details may result in delivery delays or cancellation.
8. Risk of Loss
Once the order is handed over to the courier company, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operational procedures.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.
