Return & Refund Policy

 

At ZA-CASA, we are committed to delivering high-quality home décor products. Please carefully review our return policy before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on www.za-casa.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)

Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery and while the courier representative is present.

If the customer does not wish to keep the item for any reason, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned immediately to the courier at the time of delivery
  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The customer must pay the delivery fee directly to the courier

Once the courier leaves and the order has been accepted, the sale is considered final.


2. No Returns After Acceptance

If the customer receives the package and the courier leaves the location, ZA-CASA will not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refund requests
  • Exchanges

This applies even if the customer later decides they do not like the product.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order carefully before accepting it.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is received damaged or incorrect, the issue must be reported immediately while the courier is present.

If a damaged or incorrect item is discovered after the courier leaves, the customer must contact us within 24 hours at:

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

ZA-CASA reserves the right to evaluate and determine whether a replacement is approved.


4. Cash on Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses the order at delivery without valid reason, ZA-CASA reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders
  • Require prepaid payment for future purchases
  • Refuse service at our discretion

5. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

  • Confirmed damaged items
  • Confirmed incorrect items

If approved, refunds will be processed via:

  • InstaPay
  • Vodafone Cash

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.


6. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with ZA-CASA, the customer confirms that they understand and agree to:

  • Inspect the order upon delivery
  • Return unwanted items immediately during delivery
  • Accept that no returns are allowed after delivery acceptance
